Each business is entitled to only one free listing that includes:
Business name/title
Email address
Website URL
Keywords
Description
Phone number
Multiple free listings for the same business will be removed. To maintain the integrity and fairness of our platform, each business is permitted only one free listing. Creating additional listings for the same business — even if using a different business name, phone number, email address, or other contact details — is considered a duplicate. You may maintain more than one listing only if each represents a completely separate business with its own unique name, contact information, main content, and operations. Duplicate listings can mislead users, clutter and distort search results, and harm the accuracy, trustworthiness, and visibility of our directory in both internal and external search engines. All duplicates may be removed without notice.
4. Accuracy and Structure of Submitted Information
Providing an invalid, incorrect, or improperly formatted email address may result in the suspension of your listing or account without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
Disposable or temporary email addresses.
Email addresses with no valid MX records (unable to receive email).
Fake or non-existent email addresses.
Inactive email accounts or addresses that are rarely checked.
Failure to monitor and respond to emails sent to your registered address for more than 15 consecutive days.
Additionally, submitting incorrect information in the wrong fields, such as:
Postcode in the City Name field.
Personal names in the Company Name field.
Website addresses in the City or State fields.
Any other irrelevant or non-conforming data in fields where it does not belong.
This may result in the immediate removal of your listing from the platform without prior notice.
A valid, actively monitored email address is essential for account verification, important notifications, and security alerts. Failure to maintain a working email address compromises communication and the reliability of our platform and may lead to immediate suspension.
By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You should review this regularly for updates.
We may modify these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Gaming and Betting Listings: Listings promoting or associated with illegal gambling, online betting, and other unregulated gaming activities.
Black Market Listings: Listings related to the sale or distribution of counterfeit goods, illegal substances, firearms, or any other prohibited or illegal items.
Backlink and Anchor Text Manipulation: Listings created or used primarily for the purpose of generating backlinks, link networks, or anchor text manipulation designed to artificially influence search engine rankings. This includes but is not limited to spam listings and other SEO manipulation tactics.
We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend accounts that violate these standards or legal obligations. Users found submitting prohibited content may have their listings and accounts removed without notice, and in some cases, may be subject to legal action.
You are solely responsible for any defamatory or legally actionable content you post. We are not liable for user-generated content.
We are not responsible for the privacy, content, or practices of third-party websites linked from our Website. Visit them at your own risk.
All directory9™ content and branding is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You may not infringe on the copyrights or trademarks of others.
