I thought Certapet would be an easy process, but it ended up being confusing and frustrating. The responses I got were generic and didn’t help solve my issues. For the price, I expected better support and clarity. Overall, it felt like a huge letdown.

Frustrating and Unreliable
I had high hopes for Certapet, but the process was a mess. Communication was slow, and I felt like I was always chasing answers. The service didn’t feel personal at all, and I had to constantly follow up. It ended up being a huge waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed is an understatement
Disappointed is an understatement. Certapet made everything sound simple, but the process was confusing and lacked transparency. The interaction felt very automated, like I was just another number in the queue. I didn’t feel supported or understood, and I ended up frustrated and dissatisfied. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.

Disppointed
I went into Certapet hopeful, but the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. The website promises quick turnaround, but mine took much longer than advertised. When I reached out for clarification, the answers were vague and didn’t address my concerns. It all felt more like a ticket system than a mental-health-oriented service. I wouldn’t rely on this again.

Rubish service

Didn’t Live Up to the Hype
Honestly, CertaPet just didn’t live up to the hype for me. The process felt inconsistent, and I kept getting vague answers whenever I asked for clarification. Not Much Value for the Price

Felt Misleading and Unorganized

Not the Experience I Expected
