Holo Battery is a full-service custom battery supplier with thorough layout and engineering capabilities. Our team boasts extensive expertise in lithium-ion and lifepo4 battery packs and assemblies. We work together very closely with our clients from the initial layout concept via prototyping and testing to large-scale manufacturing at our facilities in China, making sure every project's success.

The majority of custom lithium battery packs require a Battery Management System (BMS) to take care of and maintain each cell, enhance battery utilization with balancing, prevent overcharging and overdischarging, prolong battery life, display a fee status (fuel gauge), and even integrate a module to record the battery's background.

Holo Battery's technical team has the expertise to sustain every element of the procedure, including 3D modeling and engineering design, hardware/enclosure creation, and designing and producing clever battery monitoring systems utilizing SMBus, RS485, RS232, or CANBUS protocols.
