Here at Hides Fine Foods we are proud of our heritage, which has grown out of the rolling hills and historic spires of the County of Durham – Land of the Prince Bishops. Inspired by small, independent local producers of artisan foods, founder Mike Hide followed his passion and established Hides Fine Foods to showcase some of the best quality food from around the United Kingdom.
