First Coast Contracting proudly serves all of Northeast, Florida. We are certified residential contractors in the state of Florida. Specializing in all aspects of the restoration process from mitigation to reconstruction, our combined 50 years of experience includes remodels, and additions. We are one of Jacksonville’s leaders in renovating residential properties from disaster to recovery followed by restoring and remodeling homes that equate to a triumphant come back.
Our members have been granted some of the most prestigious awards given by the industries largest insurance third party administration companies. Ray Nagy, an active member, began his career with one of the largest construction enterprises in Northeast, Florida. His journey continued with American Coastal Builders, a full-service insurance restoration company, which was later acquired by a national insurance restoration corporation. Ray remained on board as the manager for five years where his hardwork and dedication towards restoring residential communities resulted in a 3 million dollar growth in revenue.

Having seen all aspects of the restoration process, Ray decided it was time to fill in the gaps that other companies either missed or overlooked. Based on these insights, First Coast Contracting was created. We strive to excel for our clients.
