The first store was opened in Brisbane, Australia and was headed up by New Zealand native and first ever Edible Blooms employee, Sarah Bruce. Following the success of the Brisbane store, the concept was soon rolled out to the rest of Australia, and in 2008 Sarah returned home to Auckland to launch Edible Blooms New Zealand.
