Breeze is a wellness sanctuary in the heart of Beckenham renowned for providing yoga and pilates classes, as well as a host of workshops and training courses. We have been leading the way in Yoga in Beckenham for over 12 years, witnessing fantastic growth and transformation in our students, many of whom are now very experienced and devoted practitioners. We recently expanded our wellness offering by introducing a wide range of holistic therapies and a brand new spin studio.
Our beautiful, purpose built space, boasts a hot yoga studio with a sophisticated temperature controlled heating system, which provides consistent heat between 35- 40 °C, whilst also providing fresh air circulation. Breeze is also also a home to two traditional yoga studios, three treatment rooms and a spin studio, so you can now truly get all your wellness needs under one roof. We are conveniently situated just a two minute walk away from Beckenham Junction Station and the High Street.
